Will our emails reach the inbox?
Dispatch authenticates email on your sending domain. It monitors bounce and complaint rates and pauses campaigns when thresholds are crossed. No sender can guarantee inbox placement.
Can we bring our existing list?
Yes. Import a CSV or Excel file and preview what will happen to each row before anything is written. An email address is enough; names are optional.
Do we have to rebuild our templates?
You can paste the HTML source of an existing email to rebuild it as an editable template, preserving its banner, colours, links and footer.
What happens when someone unsubscribes?
Each message includes one-click unsubscribe and a visible footer link. Unsubscribes are permanent across your account. The product has no mechanism to add an opted-out contact back.
What do we own?
The owned model includes a perpetual licence, source code and handover documentation. Dispatch is deployed on your infrastructure and sends from your domain. Your data is exportable, and you pay your infrastructure providers directly.
